I still think they'll announce Slim at TGS, but hey the sooner, the better (for them too)

I think a few of ya are being a little too optimistic, but this conference should be good. Here is what I think there will be:

- GT5 (There will be something GT5 related here, I can almost guarantee it)
- GT PSP
- Heavy Rain footage
- Uncharted 2 release date and open beta release date
- Movies hitting the EU PS Store
- Singstar (MJ?)
- Agent trailer
- Some new info on motion controller
- Talk about a Major fall PSN update
- LBP GOTY edition
- Home stuff
- Fat princess release date
- New Buzz game
- God of War 3 details
- Info on new Wipeout game
- Talk figures
- Alot of stuff on PSP Go and PSP games

The only 2 things I can't see happening are a price cut and slim being announced.
How late can they leave it if they want to achieve 13M sales by the end of their FY?

They'll announce the Slim for $599, no price cut for the phat. This is just sad to see.

I'm saying, in general, the state of Sony gaming is sad to see. They've gone from being the king of the gaming industry to being the court jester. I wish they'd just spare themselves and their admirers the pain and quit.

Sure as hell hope so...

But a remake kinda scares me now, if they dont stick to the original they could really fuck it up.

EDIT: The same length as Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers. Think about that. Also, roughly double the length of your average Disney movie.

Im expecting they've budgeted for a lot of uncomfortable silence from the crowd as they come out with one hairbrained statement after another. Im sticking to this story until I know otherwise, that way they have every chance to exceed my expectations.
