so, football is back in europe, although it didn't stop over here. I almost died last thursday in São Paulo 2x1 Internacional (my team) for the Libertadores semifinal. now the final will be Inter x Chivas Guadalajara.

and it seems Raul couldn't do much for Schalke, Bayern won once again, 2x0.

you are an internacional fan,

so is Sandro any good,is he defensive etc,i'm a tottenham fan,he is coming to london after the libertadores final i think

good luck in the final

yes, as soon as we're done in the Libertadores he'll go to Tottenham. he's young, so he can still improve, but I think that in the last months he's been in top form and he was chosen man of the match in many games. I think he will be a sub for Huddlestone, they're quite similar, but Sandro can't shoot very well. but I think he has all it needs to succeed in English football.

btw, I'm also kind of a Tottenham fan. I say "kind of" because I don't get nervous when I watch a Spurs game haha but I always try to watch the games when possible and I'm always reading the news. I think there should have been more signings for the Champions League though...

is he quick, that would be good as tottenham are pretty slow really,

yes every tottenham fan would agree with you,but its kind of hard to see who we can buy without spending a stupid amount of money, everyone is waiting for man city to finish i think, lol, and see who they are selling

i;d buy robinho, but i guess he wouldn't play for spurs

hmm he's not really fast, but he's like those tall guys that SEEM slow but cross the field with a few steps lol

amazing goal by Hernandez lol.
I feel a bit more positive about Man U season after watching that. Van Der Sar looks on form.

I just became his number 1 fan after seeing that.

United looked very good at times, Chelsea looked overconfident, didnt seem to have the desire they normally do either.

Martin O'Neill has just resigned from Aston Villa.

First random link i found - http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/leagues/premierleague/astonvilla/7935179/Martin-ONeill-resigns-as-Aston-Villa-manager.html

Hmm, I don't think Aston villa will make the top 8 anymore.

what was that about Ashley Cole ignoring Capello and later on Capello trying to ask Carrick why didn't he call him?! how is he still in charge of England after all the crap that happened? he looks like an amateur coach!

why has MON walked out of villa, seems strange

@salaminizer its probably something to do with the £15m or so the dumb english FA would have to pay him,why they renegotiated a couple of weeks before the WC beggars belief, they should all go i think

I'm shocked by O'Neill leaving, he is a great manager, but I suppose he is upset by the loss of Milner and lack of investement?

Villa are screwed, O'Niel gone, Milner and Young look like leaving, they will do well to finish top 8 now.
