Final Fantasy IV does not take 19 hours to beat. Other than that:

Final Fantasy VII- 35 Hours

Final Fantasy X- 60 Hours

Final Fantasy IV (DS)- 70 Hours (I grinded a lot)

Pokemon Gold- 30 Hours

Pokemon Diamond- 52 Hours

Pokemon Platinum- 60 Hours

Sonic Unleashed- 10 Hours

Super Smash Bros. Brawl- 9 Hours, 345:45 Hours Max

Dragon Quest IV is nowhere near those 11 hours, I run pretty much forward without basicaly any grinding and finished the game several levels below suggested and that game took me 35 hours. I've got lost 2 times, so we can take 2 hours down + going twice 2 dungoens. But no way first timer will finish under 30 hours unless he is playing speedrun by the manual.

I did Uncharted 2 first time on Normal in 12.5 hours and that's with about a third of the treasures.
