So I had always assumed that each trophy was worth so much experience so that bronze trophies were worth a little, silver was worth more, gold was worth a good amount, and a platinum was worth a lot.

That made sense to me but then I saw this:

Looking at that and my PSN card:

you will see that we both have just about the same amount of trophies, same level, and both about to reach level 5.

The thing that strikes me as odd is he has a platinum trophy while I don't.  Other than, we're both pretty much the same but I would assume that platinum trophy would push him over to level 5.

I have seven more bonze trophies than him, but I assume those aren't worth much.  I also have one more gold than him so that could count for something, be he also has two more silvers than me along with the platinum.

Bronze = 1 point
Silver = 2 points
Gold = 6 points
Plat = 12 points


Add all them up which you both have you that explain why you have roughly the same score.

Ye so you have 13 points more but then he has a plat so that means that you have 1 point more in total.

Waron only has 3 more points than you.

I didn't think my one gold and 6 bronzes would make up for his platinum but apparently it does.

Bronze = 1
Silver = 2
Gold = 6
Plat = 12

So your total points are similar because he has 1 plat, you have 1 more gold, 2 less silver, and 7 extra bronze. So you are 3 points behind him.

Ye your right. It should be worth more. I could just get a lot of easy games and get lots of bronzes and having more points than someone going through a really hard game to get the Platinum.

I have to admit though, it is nice to be rewarded for getting 100%, in my view better than getting full Gamer score.

Silver is only worth 2??? i'm shocked.
