I'm eagerly anticipating it. However, I think it will either be really great, or a complete waste. I loved Raiden in MGSIV....

I think it will be a hack and slash game but with Ninja Raiden.

The story will obviously lead up to MGS4.

There will be very little stealth gameplay compared to previous MGS games.

It will probably sell more than MGS4 due to being on 2 platforms, PS3 version will sell better than 360 version though, by a decent margin.

IT will be 2x better than any other MGS series.

How do you know it will be better

because this time, they have to make it perfect for two HD Consoles. They did a poor job on xbox before so this time there will be no excuse.

Has it been confirmed that Snake is appearing in Rising now?

I hope Kojima is involved with it. He didn't seem overly excited about it at E3.

Just a question for the MGS fans: If I remember correctly, didn't Snake save Sunny? Because in the end of MGS2, he told Raiden "Don't worry, I'll find her" and in MGS4, Sunny is with Snake, not Raiden. So how come everyone thinks that MGSR will involve Raiden saving Sunny? If anything, MGSR will be about Raiden's journey to becoming a ninja and going after Big Mama.

It will be a great game in the end.

We know nothing about this game at this point sadly. Maybe TGS09 will shed some light, maybe...

What i personally, am really really REALLY hoping for, is Kojima's [full] involvement in story and cutscene direction (and i hope there's a lot of them too :D). Also the placement of the game in between games 2 and 4 would be just the right thing to do, as in my opinion there's a strong story to be told regarding Sunny's rescue and Raiden's transformation.

As far as gameplay, i think something similar with Tenchu is a pretty good guess, but then again it could be something completelly different.

As i said, we know nothing at this point ^_^
