Im getting sick of these arguments about which review site(s) to trust. This will be the end all to be all for what people on this site trusts 100%. I compiled a large list of review sites/magazines here. Do not add any more I used GameRankings to get my list.

Rules: Each site/magazine starts with 10 points. You can 3 times a day and you can add +1 to a site/magazine and -2 to one or two sites/magazines every time you vote or waste all your votes for the day and add a +3 to a site/magazine and -3 to TWO sites/magazines.

This is why most people choose to trust review agregators like Gamerankings or Metacritic ...

IGN, Gamespy, Gamespot, EGM or whatever will each review a game with their own preferences in mind and can (on an individual basis) end up being biased due to external influences. The average review (and the distribution of the scores) gives a fairly well ballanced view of the game.

This is the key.

It can be done, but you would need to spend the time to take care of this problem.

If you do this, I think you would need to make it say who updated the score. Anonymous posting of scores is a recipe for disaster. Also, once a score has been given and verified by a mod then it should be locked. Not sure if this is possible.

c. Negative votes should be marked with (-), (--), or (---) next to the site you are voting against.

PS:  You can't always vote 3 negative points to a site since sites at 1 or 2 can't take 3 negative points.
