2. You can vote 3 times a day. Each vote consists of...
a. A +1 vote to one site and two -1 votes to two different sites. This may be done up to three times a day.
b. Positive votes should be marked with (+), (++), or (+++) next to the site you are voting for.
c. Negative votes should be marked with (-), (--), or (---) next to the site you are voting against.
PS: You can't always vote 3 negative points to a site since sites at 1 or 2 can't take 3 negative points.
