A gametrailer's staff member has just confirmed on the gametrailers forums that the PS3 SLIM in the picture and video is indeed the real deal. Users are currently questioning him on whether or not GT had the exclusive to reveal it on GT TV.

I'm hoping it's $400 and the fatties get lowered to 350 to clear stock then a 300 price tag for Winter.

Shocker......(not), but great for Sony. Now lets hope that the price is right for this puppy, and a decent drop for the older models. We shall see..............
