For me, one of the most simply moving songs of all time would have to be the Moonlight Sonata. I have trouble putting the power of this song into words.

I mean... damn.

It isn't easy outdoing Moonlight Sonata, so I won't even try.

Any music... Pretty much all good metal is moving. I've listened to and seen live just about every conceivable genre of music from Jazz to folk, rock to blues, hip hop to reggae and whilst many genre are good, none of them are as good as metal.

This song got me into Jazz.

As Im a huge heavy metal lover obviously some songs from that genre moves me most overall, but from classical music it has definately always been Pachelbel's Canon without contest.
