wait....THIS THREAD IS OLD!!!!!

It was the worst sequel of all-time. And, imo, the worst game ever made.

Spoilers for Chrono Cross

My opinion is written below, don't like it, don't read it.

NOTHING in that game made any sense or had any consistency.

Kid gets some random obsession for you in the very beginning after showing up in one of the most random ways possible and is NEVER wrong about anything in the game. She uses Riddel as a hostage by poising a knife at Riddel's neck and if you go back and talk to Riddel once Lynx and Riddel's father leave, she says "Kid tried to save me!". Literally the dumbest statement they could have given her.

Korcha: "Hey you gonna save some girl you don't know?!". "OMG! Why won't you save your PARTNER!?" (insinutating Serge and Kid are married after only knowing each other for a week at most -_-;).

Radius: "Hey! Let's have a flashback scene with me training with a boss looking character! Have me kill the guy and clichely fight him in that same setting and then talk about how I want one of the guy's children, whom I helped raise before leaving the army, should kill me. Yeah, I'll just completely ignore the fact about how the children feel about killing someone and make them feel like a murderer, let's also forget the fact there is no way in hell they could find out because I never told anyone."

Serge: I have no reason to do anything or go on any journebut I will anyway! What's that? The entire game is pointless by the end anyway!? Wow, who knew?!

Schala: I have this random obsession with Serge, go and save him because he REMINDS ME OF MY BROTHER! Yup! Great reasoning, I mean why would I GO RESCUE MY ACTUAL BROTHER WHO IS SUFFERING IN 600 AD!? That's just silly! Plus, my purple dress is now white, I'm now blond, and I'm somehow younger! How is this explained? Why it's not silly! :D

Masato Kato = WORST STORY WRITER IN HISTORY

The most disapointing sequel of all time is Xenosaga Episode II. It makes me sad when i remember what was Xenosaga Episode I and what could have been Xenosaga Episode III (ok, that's a great game!) if the production values were the same as/better than the first game. And now we could been playing Xenosaga episode IV, V and VI on PS3. Sad.

At least it isn't Chrono Cross, the worst game ever made.

Oh yeah, and Kid was just some dumb mary-sue type character. Nothing more.

Oh yeah, and Serge didn't even have a valid reason for going on the journey....other than Kid was hot... that's about it...
