You should give Eternal Sonata a try.

I tried the demo and it seemed a little to kiddy.

The only JRPGs I'm looking forward to this gen is White Knight Chronicles and the three Final Fantasy games. Maybe Tales of Vesperia will make my list, also The Last Remant looks interesting.

Tales games look kiddy too.  Why do you think Soriku loves them so much

And isn't Demon's Souls a ARPG? or atleast similar to a WRPG?

Oh, you meant JRPG.

Yes, Demon's Souls is a ARPG.  Some people say it's similar to WRPG but I think the world of Demon's Souls is too linear (in a good way) to make it resemble WRPG.  I am not into WRPG that much, so I maybe wrong.
