Why did tiger woods sell better on the PS3 and 360 than it did on Wii? Makes no sense(actually it does if you look at the first half of the year's hardware sales.. but the wii still has a higher install base)

People who are big fans of golf are older middle class, who are much more likely to afford HD consoles.
Plus they probably bought the Wii for their kids and have their PS3s/ X360s hooked up to their entertainment centres, and don't want to have to fool around with that new controller to play a game.

This always happens with Tiger Woods in the UK. The first week the HD twins outsell the Wii version, but then the Wii version takes off from there. It should be no different this time around.

damn, u really like to be patronizing.
Wii games start slower, thats the rule. Graphics won't matter next week when another pretty game comes along, its WM+ that will last for the next 12 months as the best thing about any sport game. This is the truth and you all know it.

I swear there was a thread a while ago saying the wii version would outsell PS360 combined
If you guys look, tiger woods wii dominates in NA, not others. But, this version is supposed to crush the competition, we'll see.

Isn't it that in Europe you can get M+ with Grand slam tennis? If that is true, then it makes sense that Grand slam tennis would be doing better. Which would probably cut into some of Tiger woods wii sales.
