Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Faulty Wii Motion Pluses in the U.K.?

No it's because people in the U.K are casual!
But those are really some odd statistics...

But I thought that Grand Slam Tennis was being marketed to the casual market with it's cartoonish look.  If people from the U.K. were casual then they would kick butt at this casual game.

Or maybe the game isn't casual at all and just looks cute and casual gamers are thrown off by the difficulty?

Or maybe people from the U.K. are hardcore and can't handle how simple the game is?

The statistics are legitimate.  You tell me how serious the thread is though.

BTW, I knew that Salsa wasn't Dominican.

Are you trying to derail my thread?

England is a fairly small country in size with a large population. The common Englishmans dwelling is most probably a lot smaller than your average U.S or Australian household and therefore more cluttered.

Considering all this clutter in the way, it is not surprising their ranking would be so low when taking into account all of the crap they are probably hitting whilst swinging their virtual racquets around.

There.

Simple explanation.

Could it be an issue to NTSC vs PAL. NTSC has higher refresh rate.

I don't know.  Is that true?

It is, but I doubt that'd be it.

1. Most PAL TVs nowadays have the option of displaying the game in 60Hz, which is the same refresh rate as NTSC.

2. Why are France and Germany No 2 and No 3, both also being in the PAL region.

On a side note, I hated the times when PAL games were slower than NTSC games due to the Hz-difference.
