I was going to throw in the "lol"...but I always do that...figured I'd just leave it at that...apparently I fail.

I used to be an NFL fanboy...there were definitely some years there where I watched all the games every week...but those days are long gone...as far as real football...hmmm....I don't have the cultural context to get into it....it reminds me of watching the olympics or something (ewww). Ok...where did I put my flame-retardant body suit....good thing I was eliminated from the popularity thread already or I would certainly be assassinated.

Its not hard to watch every game each week in the NFL anymore, if you get the Sunday Ticket super fan you can watch every play of a game in under 30 minutes. Essentially it takes 1/6th the time it did before and it is very very nice!

Good point Sqrl. I was really shocked when I went to a Broncos vs. Raiders game how much time both teams spent standing around waiting for the commercials to end. No one considers how a team can lose momentum when the broadcast cuts away to pay for itself.
