I think Capcom is done with their quasi-old school RE styled alternative horror games. Their designs are dated (to me anyways), so any interest would have to come from the underlying setting/story and a head developer with enough passion to pitch a new one to Capcom.

Tag: Became a freaking mod and a complete douche, coincidentally, at the same time.

Oh DC1 and DC 2 are good I liked the survival horror in the first one and the shooting in the second one (and watched the opening movie a lot!).
