christ i just visited this site in IE. I got my page turned into bars, popups coming from the bottom, and an ad saying "this ad will self destruct." Definitely sticking to firefox

I just got something like that 2 minutes ago. I was browsing the forums and got a big "ACCESS DENIED!" box that took over the page and trid to force me to click some links. Back button wasn't solving the problem.

I didn't have a problem with world of warcraft ads being pasted everywhere, but these new ads are obnoxious and making it hard to use the site.

I get an ad that covers the site and darkens the rest leaving a huuuuge ad in the middle with no exit mark that says something like "click here to unlock" or whatever .. I have to reload the page to make it dissapear.. pretty annoying.

Yeah I don't like the ad that grays out your screen and says VIP access only. Too intrusive for an ad on a legitimate site.

Same problem at the work computer running IE7 on XP.
I don't have any issues with Firefox at home though.

I don't have any problem with popups or ads appearing out of nowhere, I- have FireFox with adblock..

The only one that annoys me is the one the creeps up from the bottom, I always have to X it out to make it go away.
