Forums - Nintendo - What 3rd party game to buy next?

Cool.

Just to help you out a bit more, MadWorld is MUCH darker and more juvenille in its approach than No More Heroes IMO.  More Blood, Grotesque Violence, Fart Jokes, & T&A than NMH.  Though I still agree it is a good game.

Also, the Conduit's story isn't that bad at all really.  Expect a soldier against the aliens story with a few interesting twists and conspiracy theories thrown in and you won't be dissappointed.  Nothing new but not bad either.  Presentation wise, the environments are a bit bland but they get better as the game goes on and the effects and characters/guns look really nice.

Also, I suggest pausing the Conduit and making the bounding box smaller (50x50 for me), turning speed a little faster, and configuring the button layout how you like ASAP, for maximum enjoyment.  Also, go into the official thread and post your friend code so I can blast you online when you get it.

I really like Super Monkey Ball. It's even more fun with motion controls on Wii than it was on GameCube.

Also, Mario Kart is awesome. Great motion controls + best online of any Wii game out there.

Rune Factory Frontier. You will clock 100 hours+ on this game... I was blown away on how much fun this game is.

Ask stefl1504 for a sig, even if you don't need one.

The Conduit is great fun.
Tiger Woods '10 or GST are also a lot of fun and use WM+ quite effectively. TW'10 has a ton of content (and frisbee golf) so you like golfing at all this could keep you busy for a long time.

BBBP is a great option for a multiplayer / party game
Madworld and HoTD:O are both kinda short. I did find Madworld got repetitive after a while. To me both are better rentals than purchases.
Punchout is also a solid choice.

Well, I got The Conduit mostly because of silentmac's grudge match(jk), the fact its got decent ratings except for story and in some reviews, what HD gamers consider wonky controls (pffft.) and the fact that supporting High Voltage can be a crucial step in realizing future potential on Wii.

Thanks for all the help...

Cool.  Hope you enjoy it.  If you do, tell your friends with Wiis to buy it as this one needs to be supported.

The game starts slow but gets better toward the end.  Also, online is a blast IMO...  Reminds me so much of Goldeneye/Perfect Dark Days...

BTW my conduit code is:

2192-5423-0194

add me when you get online and send me a PM with your code...

I have great things about Conduit but have yet to try it out myself, but No More Heroes and Mad World are both excellent

Both of those will cost you about 70 USD.

Little King's Story and Muramasa. Go for those. Ignore the Conduit!

I'm not sure where you read that. Even Kotaku praised The Conduit for its controls.
