Oh come on. Star Ocean 4 was not bad it just wasn't great which is what people wanted it to be , and thought it would be.

What's the point of playing an OK game if there are so many that are awesome that I didn't play yet?

so far this game looks awesome i just love this gameplay mechanic. But knowing tri ace as i do there probably gonna put more emphasis on gameplay(which always seems to be their strong point) and less on the story.

Those were aveage games at best. This looks much better than those 2.

True, if it follows their usual parttern it will have an ok story, bad VO's, and poor pacing.  Those are what usually hold them back from making a truly great JRPG.

@ torillian, and ridiculous dungeons without save points, what is the point, that just pisses me off and why Infinite Undiscovery is the only non-racing game that I won, which I have not finished

I really don't think this looks anything close to Final Fantasy 13.

And tri-ace hasn't made a good game in ages.
