If you're getting it from JB Hifi I REALLY recommend you ask for the price match, JB Hifi will often match if not better any price tag from their competitors, and if you're buying all the get from the list you've posted I'm 100% certain you'll get at least some form of discount.

I think I'll visit them first, and if they don't come to the party then I'll buy VC and the other games on my list, and maybe the extra controller then move on.

I was thinking about getting the PSeye but other than seeing me make a d1ck of myself on Singstar there's not much point in getting it yet. Though can you Skype on PS3? If so then the eye might be worth getting. I use my eyetoy camera on my PC for Skyping at the moment, but the PC isn't exactly located in a good spot for multi-person Skyping.

See if they'll let you switch Infamous for a game of equal or lesser value.

Its an almost console. So you can almost compare it with the Wii and PS3, but not quite yet. Its powered by sheep, and you have to understand the true power of the sheep if you want to comprehend what a single Xbox 360 is capable of.
