I see a lot of 200k turn-based seller there.

ARF has a pretty commercial anime style though, similar to the one of the 'Tales of' games.

And more "non turnbased" ones above them.  The point is... RPGs don't sell amazing in Japan in general.

Nope. Atelier is the one on the top whereas Arc Rise is the bottom two.

While I understand that all RPGs are niche, but the point I was trying to make is that Arc Rise has larger appeal.

Not necessarily. Demand may have been met. The shipment could have been just enough.
