I'm thinking from there only VH won't do well, also I agree with you, I doubt DQX will jump ship.

Nintendo doesnt do TGS.... New FE for Wii is unlikely. I rather a fresh new one on DS with 2D sprite work. Fire Emblem Shadow Dragon was huge letdown. That interview a while back with the creators had the idea of an all star cast for a new Fire Emblem. Id love that. |
Well, I have no particular expectations about a Wii vs. DS Fire Emblem. I expect DS, but either way won't hurt my feelings, since FE doesn't rely much on any platform for its experience.
As to the bolded:
Could you, uh... could you source that? Because damnation.

@WoW and Khuutra Either way a rushed low budget spin-off/sequel on Wii with new users outselling and HD higher budget game is defintily not a terrible or bad seller. |
The bold is the argument.
You want to hail Tales of Symphonia 2 outselling Vesperia as great because to quote you "a rushed low budget spin-off/sequel on Wii" outsold a "HD higher budget game."
I am saying, it's not as great an achievement as you believe because the first Tales of Symphonia is quite possibly the highest selling non-Nintendo RPG on the Gamecube and that gives Tales of Symphonia 2 an advantage in terms of recognition whereas the budget is basically a non-factor.
The statement should read more along the lines of "The Wii sequel to one of the best selling RPGs on the gamecube outsold a higher budget 360 game of the same franchise."
Note that I say 360 instead of HD. The PS3 version hasn't hit the states yet and 0.05 million isn't a huge gap.

"Moving forward, as far as making a new title, I think to myself that we’ve made so many worlds in the Fire Emblem series, that it might be fun to take a lot of the best characters from them, the all-stars, and put them into a single title that could be new and old at the same time."
Its towards 2/3 of the page when he talks about remake or original title

Im not saying it sold great. Im saying trying to make DotNW sales seem like shit and making Vesperia sales look ok is wrong.

Not even that. Neither is done selling.
ToS2 will hopefully have at least 0.10 million left in it for its EU release. I'm not sure about a PS3 release of Vesperia though. The PS3 is almost but not quite in the situation of the gamecube (majority of RPGs going to competitors with few good ones of its own) however Eternal Sonata's sales aren't really leaving much hope.
