2)  Please do.  This is a continual frustration of mine from gamefaqs.  I prefer PC versions of games but FAQs are usually only seen on the console versions' pages.

3)  Please consider a tooltip or a more descriptive word then.

4)  I usually ignore the right side of pages as on most websites (IGN, gamefaqs, etc) the main content is in the center header.  Consider making this feature its own tab instead of just a side link.

Otherwise it's nice to see things improving.

Talonman should tie the system in so that only the people who own a game (have it in their collection) will see the Cheat Request notifications for that game.

That would certainly make the system much more user friendly, so I wont be spammed with requests for games I have no clue of how to help with.

In fact, that there is pretty much what I thought it would be like when I read the OP
