Talonman should tie the system in so that only the people who own a game (have it in their collection) will see the Cheat Request notifications for that game.

That would certainly make the system much more user friendly, so I wont be spammed with requests for games I have no clue of how to help with.

In fact, that there is pretty much what I thought it would be like when I read the OP
