360 sales up, but no 360 game in top 30

I find it amusing that the different sales data from Media Create and Famitsu for Arc Rise Fantasia, cause the total sales to be the same. Hope it can stay in the thousands for a few more weeks.

Time for Sony to drop price in Japan only one title sold over 5,000 on a base of 3.2m for the week. For Wii, MH3 and WSR are going to accompany large boosts and PS3 just doesn't have much over the next few weeks. So long as Wii has a couple titles titles top 10,000 and four or more top 5,000 its going to remain ahead of PS3 if neither system has recently gotten a price drop, new color, bundle, or big title.

As for the Xbox 360, once it had a critical mass of games top 100k, and the price got below $200 I think it reached a point where some gamers said "what the hell" it has enough content I want, and its dirt cheap compared to the other systems. So 360 can probably stay above 3,000/week for another 18 months or so at least unless Wii & PS3 both become alot cheaper in that time frame.

I doubt the price of the Wii is making any difference, it's the PS3 that's directly competing with the 360.
