I disagree, FFXIII could not sell FFVII like numbers but FFXIII will easily pass 2m mark.
Launch FF always sells a lot higher.

Final Fantasy XIII will sell less than 3 million units in Japan. New Super Mario Bros... I'm not sure actually. Somewhere between 1.5 and 3 million I think.

Is that correct? Animal Crossing has outsold every Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest game? If that is true I will be really shocked. Would mean DS is a software beast and Dragon Quest IX could possibly be the biggest ever Dragon Quest if the series is still as popular as it used to be.
