All of them, they are all great!

None of them? FFX-2 - abomination. FFVIII - not really that good. FFXII - just a terrible game. FFXI - Great game, but not a great RPG. It's a great MMO. Are you absolutely devoted to a FF game? If so, have you played the others? If not, there are many better RPG's out there for you. |
I have beaten the first disc of FF8 before..........7 years ago. I only remember playing the FF8 card game so I would like to go back.
I spent an entire summer playing FF7 and beating it. The timer stops after 99:99:99. I probably ended in the 125-150 hour range. One of the best games ever.
I finished beating FFX after a 3-year hiatus 2 months ago.
I could buy KH2, but I want to play another FF. As for other RPGs, which ones do you (or anyone else) recommend?
Leatherhat on July 6th, 2012 3pm. Vita sales:"3 mil for COD 2 mil for AC. Maybe more. " thehusbo on July 6th, 2012 5pm. Vita sales:"5 mil for COD 2.2 mil for AC."

Since it looks like you have a DS, you should get in this order:
Also, about the only good thing from FFVIII was the card game so you didn't miss much.
@Twesterm
FF8 was a very very good game
Seriously SaviorX, if you want an enjoyable experience definetely go for FF8
have you played FF9?
if you have a Ds YOU HAVE TO BUY FF4 Remake....its the best FF game ever!

Only if you're playing it wrong. |
Yeah, if you use a trick you can have the game grind for you while you sleep. One of my favorite features of any JRPG ever.

Oh come on, that trick was awesome. Grinding is one of the crappier things in JRPG's, who wouldn't want to have the game do it for you? And it showed the versitility of the gambit system, which I personally enjoyed.

What I mean is that FF12 was pretty perfectly balanced. If you were strong enough to get through an area, you were strong enough to go to the next one. By the time you were able to "grind", it was time to move on.
Of course if you wanted to go for some of the optional super-bosses you could grind, but there were places where you could literally get millions of experience in an hour. I think I spent a total of about three hours grinding for experience in that game.
@torillian & khuutra
please give me tips then as I was really crap at playing FF12 & really bad with the gambit system! (by some miracle I managed to finish the game, but it took me like hours to beat each boss)
& how do you not have to grind in FF12?
