Inside Racing Sim is all about pure racing titles, the hardest core of the hardcore. Have you Sony boys seen the shop on their site?

They sell the absolute best Simulation gear for racing on PC and consoles. Face it guys, the simulation fans out there dont rate GT that high.

For fuck's sake! Why are you treating it as such a victory that a full game beat an overpriced demo in a comparison?!

Why don't you ask them to do a comparison between Forza 1 and GT4, and see what happens?

i think he's treating it like a victory because there have been many posters on this site that say GT5:P is better than Forza 2, some are opinions, others state it like a fact.

GT5 has been in development since 2004. 2009 all we have seen is a trailer. And if they are adding Full WRC and Nascar like actual career modes ( which to be honest if it isn't it's all pointless when we have Dirt and Nascar games ) then we may not see GT5 till 2012. 3 actual games in one would be like 3 years dev for each. Unless GT5 will be a half hearted game where WRC and Nascar are concerned and just have a few races with those tracks and cars, no career modes, no championship etc.

They said at the start of the comparison, they chose GT5P and Forza2 because they are considered to be the best of the console world. I'm sure they will do F3 versus GT5. But from the words about Forza 3 after playing it at E3 ( see my sig ) I wouldn't hold my breath for GT5 beating Forza 3 from a sim perspective.

I think the point is that Inside Racing Sim . TV are as hardcore sim fans reviews as you can get.

have you even watchet that review?

1. they review this as a normal game since it was released as a normal game to begin with(and Forza 2 had the same or even lower price at Prologue launch).

2. why all sony fanboys always says that Prologue is only a demo so it's doesn't count at times like this yet still claim that it's better than Forza2. sorry, but they were working on GT5 since 2004 GT5P launched 3 years later - you don't make demo for 3 years and also they won't change or improv drastically physics or handling in full game.

3. they review both games from the point of view of a racing games fan so it's not "ohh this game has better graphics so it's better", "ohh this game has more tracks/cars so it's better", but they rate physics, realism, handling, fun factor, car selection(quality over quantity), damage(mechanics, physics and visual), tracks(still quality over quantity), AI, wheel functionality. multiplayer, graphics, sound, cost and presentation are the only things outside of strict racing categories(at least here cause categories are different in some games).

In development since 2004? GT4 came out in 2004/5, then they released Tourist Trophy in 2006. Plus PS3 dev kits weren't available in 2004. May not see GT5 till 2012? Seriously WTF? Do you take yourself seriously?? I don't see how the inclusion of rally and nascar is pointless (they had rally in GT4). What amazing Nascar game has come out lately? Plus why pay for 3 games when you only have to pay for one?

Gran Turismo will always be No 1 in racing. There is a reason why every racing game is compared to GT not to Forza. Forza has no tradition, it just a "wanna be GT5", nothing more.

Then those posters are extremely delusional.

Please stop judging GT5 based on a demo one tenth of its size. If GT5P and F2 are the two best sims available, don't you think a full Gran Turismo would be a fair bit better than Forza 3?

Some 360 fans are getting a bit delusional lately. I mean, it's alright if it stays at quality, because that is entirely subjective, but I've seen people saying Forza 3 will outsell GT5, and that is just ridiculous.
