Wrex was a badass, and Tali was like a cute little sister. They also interacted well with each other. If anyone ever made a spinoff game of just them, I would buy it.

I don't see why you care so much about the racism Nick. I mean...pretty much everyone in that game is a racist. Try: The Council, Executor Pallin, The Volus Ambassador, Navigator Pressly, Wrex (he really hates Turians), Shepard (if you choose to make him renegade, he really hates aliens), Saren, Ambassador Udina, etc.

Great post Montana, I'm gonna have to remember this for my roommate. His hatred of Ashley is massive. Given her background her views are understandable. Her family is pretty much shamed in front of th entire human race by the Turians.. Like most of the cast, you can influence them with Shepard. Well Garrus seems to be the most easily influenced.

Garrus does whatever you tell him, and you can make him into whatever you want. Wrex's and Tali's personalities basically never change, regardless of how you act towards them. Wrex already had a strong sense of justice. He may be brutal at times, but while you can direct his actions you can't direct who he is. Tali as well is always insatiably curious and eager.

Those two felt like stronger personalities then the others in the game because they maintained a sense of self, unlike everyone else who was basically what you made them (except Liara who is always fucking annoying). Also I never saw any racism from Wrex towards the Turians, but I also never had him paired with Garrus.

The only thing I didn't like about characters like Liara and Ashley is that they droned on and on. Even if you only wanted them for sex, they had to tell you their entire life story. I'd rather be a sexless space marine recalling cool war stories with Wrex than any of the sex-filled alternatives.

When I was trying to romance Ashley (I just wanted the achievement), she wouldn't stop saying "HEY SKIPPER!" I kept on wishing there was a really drastic renegade action for those moments.

While what you say about Garrus is true, the reason he follows orders so well is because he's former C-Sec agent. He almost became a spectre.He is very good at taking order, but only if he agrees with the person he's taking the orders from. He's a fan of the power that a Spectre has and believes in your cause against Sarren, good or bad. It doesn't matter what you do, as long as you get rid of Sarren to him. You're right that Wrex is a strong-willed person. He also has a very dark sense of humor, that I tend to laugh along with when he and Garrus are on elevator rides, or even in the storyline itself. Tali is on a Pilgrimage, so she is on a mission, regardless of what you say, she'll be by your side. Her snooping around my ship annoys me though as a Renegade. As I fall into Shepards renegade character, this is the first time I am really starting to see how truly annoying she is compared to when I was a Paragon, which I'd laugh off whatever she did. I just tell her to go back to work.

It's true. That game was pretty much humans vs the rest. I loved it!
