The PS3 and 2 were and are good machines. Sony has added a lot to the gaming world if for nothing else they kept Nintendo on its toes (and making the kinder, gentler Nintendo that we know today because in the days before Iwata- yikes!).
So I mean no disrespect to the Sony fans when I say, that this post is absolutely correct.
whats funny is no one even cares except people in this thread. Now that is pure gold right there.

The beloved Casey, Mudville's star player, is so confident in his abilities that he doesn't swing at the first two pitches, both strikes. On the last pitch, the overconfident Casey strikes out, ending the game and sending the crowd home unhappy.
Of course, with Sony, there may be swinging going on. Maybe it is more like they are pointing to fences to where they will send the ball over as it is coming to the plate.

How about when they were found guilty of bribing ClearChannel employees (giving them PS2s and other various Sony products) in exchange for playing more songs from people on their record label. They were sued and found guilty (part of the verdict was that they had to pay a few million for a foundation to prevent this sort of thing happening in the future).

Well when a thread says someone is "The worst", I believe it is appropriate to post quotes made by competitors for contrast. Sony likely does have a lot more Casey at the Bat type quotes then the other two.

Well, its not a troll if it is true ;). The company PR is really bad and its one of the reasons I think the company is in trouble (because I think it was a showcase of their philosophy at the time.). You can list MS quotes and Nintendo quotes as well. Older Nintendo quotes would be good as it showcases the attitude that led them to fall from grace. MS, well, they are MS and can come up with gold from time to time. I think the whole of Natal could be brought on to this list sometime soon.

It's really strange seeing Sony go from incredible marketing in the past to where they are now. I remember their incredible marketing for Final Fantasy 7 in the West and it seems like that haven't hit that kind of high since.
