Also, if you follows the news. It seems EA intentionally leak the unfinished game early to get people attention and then giving those that d/l the game a message on release day to go out and buy.

If anything, that "early piracy" helped the sales.

Copyright infringement is not theft. Go study it. Stop spreading lies for **AA.

Downloading is not theft for two reasons:

1- It has no negative economic impact if the downloader was not intending to buy the stuff.
2- You're not depriving anyone of their property. You're not adding costs to anyone's bill by downloading (in the cola can case, you are).

You can say it's immoral or whatever, but it's not theft.

Well i have yet to see any law which would classify it as theft and not copyright infrigment.

1.4 actually and yes its good. It has every chance to pass the 5 or 6 million mark LT and with all the expansions it will get the entire Sims 3 universe might do a 20 million + number ;)

PC games generally have as good legs as Wi games (some like Starcraft even better) The Sims 3 will continue to sell for years, and you can bet they will release a bjillion expansion packs for it

ANY game that opens on 1 mil+ is f*ing great you just cannot argue with that
