It's a Valve game. To buy it for anything other than PC is pretty silly.

So, becuase they would rather focus on developing a game that is "fun" versus programming around a single unique consoles requirements, they are lazy? 

Come on people.  They don't want to invest the resources in the PS3; it may be a bad choice (given the ever increasing number of PS3 owners), but "Lazy" or "Crap"?  Try looking at the business world for what it is, not for you want it to be.  They've made a business decision that works for them now.  It could change, it could not, who knows. 

Look at it this way... all those developers that didn't program for the Saturn because it was too hard, were they "lazy" or "crap" too?

They are a business guys. If it is easier and cheaper to develop their games on PC and 360 then why not. Funny I don't see anyone saying anything about Wii although they are thinking the reasoning that I just stated. But of course that doesn't make them lazy... just a good business.

It's a choice by the developer. Although, I don't see it as a very good one as they could just port a 360/PC one over without too much difficulty oh well. Guess they don't see it as cost effective yet.

Judging from your respons then, if you've played all those games and still think they're crap devs then you obviously don't like shooters and don't matter or you're just being a fanboy and don't matter.

I already knew they were from valve I was being snarky. I didn't say they were crap games. and I cant play those games because steam support sucks ass.

Plenty have been having problems.  Especially multiplat developers.  Even if they get the game out they say how much more difficult it was for the PS3 version.

And no, I'm saying it would not be worth it to them.  That does not make them lazy.  The still devote their time to their current projects.  They just don't need the added sales of a PS3 version and the time it would take to learn and develop for the PS3 would not result in enough added profit.  They are smart.  Selling games on the 2 biggest HD platforms and making big hits!
