If you get one this weekend, wait until next week to get MGS4 if you want it. I believe it becomes a "Greatest Hits" title on June 16 and will be $29.99. I think most places its still at least $39.99.

Well if you can wait do so until September because it is very likely the slim will be released then. TGS is also in September so rest assured it will be there or we are not getting it for a long time. I say just wait a little longer and get a brand new one, a price cut will be coming soon if logic is anything to go by.

I don't recommend 2nd hand electronics especially one as expensive as the PS3 but if you do make sure you get some kind of insurance.

1. Wait for a price cut - I'm assuming you have a different system already

2. If you must get a PS3 - Get the 40 gig, its a lot less expensive and you probably won't need the other 40 gigs you would get with an 80 unless your a demo whore.

And for games probably get Killzone 2. Then rent uncharted, metal Gear solid 4, resistance 1 & 2 and other games you want.

i know its GT and all , but why would you want him to buy a demo? , i mean i have the game for free and still i think its not worth buying. its just a demo.

@OP you can buy the 40 GB version and upgrade to 250 ASAP , that costs less and also is bigger.
