Yeah, I kind of missed the third person view. Your posts seemed like they were missing something...

For argument's sake, lets assume that this thread, indeed, is 10X better than troll threads. 10 times 0 is still 0. You have contributed nothing to our forums, pushing down a potentially productive thread, in order to introduce to everyone that you're back. What would happen if every single person who came back from, what, a week 2 weeks (Whatever time you've been gone for)? We will have a good fraction of the Hot Topic section clogged with these threads.

Why don't we add "Goodbye" threads? And "Hello, I'm new" threads? Does everyone feel the need to be acknowledged as an individual when they're under anonymous personas and avatars?

And being a narcisist (defining narcisism as an EXCESSIVE love for one self, and belief that one is the center of the world and of utmost importance) is unhealthy.

One should be proud of one's self and see one's self as an individual, but narcisism is taking that to a level that's unhealthy, in which one believes that they are above everyone else, and see's themselves as not part of the entire group, whatsoever.

The J man doesnt think youve read the op. He did not say he is coming back as in a situation where he was away from the site for an amount of time and then came back(the J man hates those threads as well), but as in he will start to use third person speech again (which is what he was doing since joining this site).

Its a FORUM , not some place where only hard nosed , serious news has a place in.

I appologize for not reading the OP, but my point still stands clear and correct. Is this thread really necessary? Especially in the GAMING forum. I would have forgived you if this was Off Topic (although I still think that it clogs that forum up), but this is completely irrelevant to gaming. Disregarding that, I would actually argue that a thread about you switching to 3'rd person again is even MORE wasteful than a "I'm back" thread could have been.

I'm so serious, because it irks me off to see narcisists, and threads that are plain stupid.

To be honest this is sad......THIS IS A FORUM!!!! whether or not the J man threads are relevent to gaming have no effect WHAT SO EVER on your life.They are not some crime on humanity , and they are not inflicting anyone harm.

It was put there in order to tell posters, what to post and talk about, and you going back into third person is not relevant to the gaming forum.

You have some special ability to turn everything into something their not. This thread is not the start of some "thread apocalypse" where every thread from now on will be pointless and void of knowledge. If you dont like it , dont go in it....its that simple.

If you dont like the J man thats fine , but why help keep this thread alive? If you had some common sense and were trying to keep threads like these down , why help them stay on the front page? Not only are you helping this thread stay on the front page but you are making it relevent that you have some disorder that compels you to protect the forums from "shitty threads clogging the forum".

No, my point about other types of shit threads was in response to how you thought this thread wasn't as big of a deal. Just because it's only one doesn't make it any less shitty and unproductive as a lot. Just because it's not a wide spread problem doesn't mean you shouldn't refrain from doing it.

As for you pointing out that I am keeping this thread alive, you're right, so that's why I'm going to stop arguing with you now, as you obviously fail to see any of my points, and I am just keeping this thread alive.
