Objectively speaking the 360 has the most impressive list of games, but the only game of those listed that I like is MLB 09: The Show. SO4 was rather unspectacular and Cross Edge is okay since I'm a NIS fanatic but it's likely junk to anybody else. And I really do mean junk is the meanest way possible.

For me, Sony takes the Gold, MS are fairly close behind with Silver and I don't own a Wii so I'm not interested in that lineup.

Jsut based my Splinter Cell and Forza 3 meta guesses on how well recieved those games are by everyone. Theres basically not a bad word about either. And Forza 3 has picked up loads of acclaim from everyone, I just have a feeling it will be a very high scoring game.

Just wondering why can't you call, sigma exlcusive if GTA4 DLC is counted as exclusive? they are basically the same thing, IMO no extra content should count exclusive if the main game isn't

So you are measuring quality of cheers when it was shown off. The largest cheer all E3 was for the Hannah Montana PSP game, so is that going to be GotY?

Anyway, it is very easy to just go through the list and say they are going to be AAA, I can do it with the PS3. Uncharted 2 is easily going to be AAA, probably GR 95%+ now that it has multiplayer and realistic hair physics {I'm not joking about that second part}, Ratchet that is going to just creep upto 90%, MAG, well that has 256 players, that is probably going to be 92%, and Killzone 2 and MLB the Show are AAA, and inFamous certainly deserves to be

I think you'll find that people said thats how the Bourne game wanted to be. Being put in the same bracket as anything to do with Bourne is no bad thing. And if I knew you, I'd put a money bet on with you that those PS3 games will not get meta 90 +. Unfortunately I'm all out of VGChartz bets.

For non-gaming PC owners the winner is quite clearly the Xbox 360 I think.

But it is quite possible that would switch to the PS3 for those that own PC's, as Reasonable mentioned.

did Simbin released patch for Race Pro cause i found this game for 20$ and while i'll still be getting Forza 3 Race Pro looks very promising though i heard there is a lot of bugs.

GTA IV, The Orange Box, Super Mario Galaxy, BioShock. Four games this gen.

The first one got it on brand name alone, the second got it from outstanding value (and excellent quality of each component), and the last two got it by being absolutely phenomenal. They were the games that pretty much everybody loved. Classics, and leaders of their genre and console.

And you think that Forza 3 has a chance of joining that elite class. 90+, certainly, but not 96.

Anyway, Uncharted 2, Killzone 2, Crack in Time (Tools of Destruction was 89. Tools of Destruction. This game will be better in every way.) and MAG will all be 90+ games (perhaps not the last one, but it will be 85+ for sure).

I still wouldn't say Conviction has a shot at GoTY. Yes, there was a good showing, but even at its peak, Splinter Cell was never that amazing. And it's got really tough competition- Killzone 2, Uncharted 2, Alan Wake, Forza 3, Street Fighter IV, Modern Warfare 2, Assassin's Creed 2, BioShock 2...

Halo ODST will be 90+ even if it sucks (it won't suck), Conviction is a definite possibility, but might just miss the mark.
