I'm not sure how many were there, but:

  • That Gamestop started the night with about 120 pre orders
  • Six other Gamestops brought all their pre orders to that Gamestop along with all extra copies they had
  • People saw the Ecto 1 from the street and people in their GB getups and came in off the street to boost the pre orders over 200 (not counting those other 6 Gamestops I believe)
  • There were at least 20 guys in full Ghostbusters getup from Texas, Oklahoma, Louisianna, and I believe other places
  • About 40 TRI guys
  • There were just random people coming to see Ecto-1

It was pretty packed there, incredibly humid, no AC, but A LOT of fun.

Also, I forgot this pic:

My copy of the game.

No AC at a videogame store in Dallas? Folks, something is seriously wrong here.

The game was good. You're in the movie and get to ghostbust, while listening to wisecracks from the crew :p It has a frustrating streak in it, but the overall feel is just plain good :)

Hey Twes if I mail you a ghostbusters shirt with a return box can you get it signed at work XD

I figured you'd get the 360 version

You should get one for each console!

OT: A million week one confirmed? That is quite a turnout.

Actually, no.Looks like ps3 version is a lot worse.

Diverse environments look great, as do the beautifully-designed spectres. Tearing and stilted animation on the humans let the side down though.

Congrats T western!
