You do realsie GT was alone for a very long time right???
Why would they give GT4's competitor Forza 1 to perspective buyers if it wasnt a proven series???? Even though Forza 1 got a better metacritic. If Forza 3 becomes the nail in GT's coffin ( Not gonna happen ) then Froza 3 would be given to perspective buyers instead. It's all about time and place. Forza 1 was the more real sim than GT4 was, and they made changes to F2 dramatically. Tyres are the most crucial part of a car for handling. As an F1 lover I know thats the case. If GT5 doesnt have it in, then it just wont be as realsitic. Car handling is one thing, tyre choice and degredation are another.

I think that is the problem with a lot of people's arguments. They just assume and trust that GT is vastly superior graphically to Forza 3, without looking, and argue that, despite no knowledge upon the subject. I understand "trust". I trust SMG2 to be AAA, for instance, but that is far from proof.

All I was saying is that cars handle very differently in Gran Turismo, I made no comparison with Forza
Another failed promotional stunt, this is ridiculous.
Im getting sick of all these guys at Forza and their pathetic claims. To say that they don't have competition from probably the greatest racing series ever is arrogant, and they are going to get so much shit on their faces when GT5 launches.

I just dug that up off google. Good find. I think there are more polygons in the taillights of Forza 3's cars, than in an entire Forza 2 car.

By then, they will be working on Forza 4, most likely, and I'm not joking.
Getting Nascar, and selling a lot are NOT innovation. Realtime tire deformation...now that ain't bad.
