Just so you know, guys. The game has 3 reviews so far.

Nintendo Power: 80%
some german magazine, I don't know it's name: 87% (Right?)
Official Nintendo Magazine: 76%

So far, the average is 81%. That sounds alright.

There's another 83% score form another german magazine. That would make it 82.

edit: Oops, to late.

Which month's mag is the review in? I can get access to the mag and let you know if its the real deal.

July issue. Came out today. Got my subscriber issue yesterday.

I'm going to buy the game still, along with Another Code, Overlord and Grand Slam Tennis this month.

Yes.

This game is a mutliplayer design game. The score sucks, because well the game is bland. This is one of the few serious multiplayer FPS options. Who knows the multiplayer could be awesome. That won't change it's offline design though.

Squilliam: On Vgcharts its a commonly accepted practice to twist the bounds of plausibility in order to support your argument or agenda so I think its pretty cool that this gives me the precedent to say whatever I damn well please.

Two interesting points.

The website for ONM lists the proper release date: June 26.
It also says the game has not yet been reviewed.

Of course, I realize that dates change and reviews may not yet be posted.

Still, from the text it sounds like the number is a few points lower than what would be expected. Of course, Future Publishing (which also publishes Nintendo Power in the US) is known for sometimes strange (and low) reviews.

I have pre-ordered The Conduit and do not regret it.

I am Mario.

I like to jump around, and would lead a fairly serene and aimless existence if it weren't for my friends always getting into trouble. I love to help out, even when it puts me at risk. I seem to make friends with people who just can't stay out of trouble.

I was expecting a little higher, (general low-mid 80s) but on reading it their complaints are not mine so I don't mind at all.

Basically stating it feels more like Perfect Dark than Modern shooters is a good thing to me (there is a reason my last true FPS purchase is TimeSplitters)

To be honest barring HVS totally cocking it up, I think I was sold on this when the fully custom controls were revealed... so really the only thing I would ask of from the game that I don't believe there will be much of (though I could be wrong) is humourous gameplay... I can't imagine online MP having big head mode or paintball, but some of the MP modes like the target thing that was revealed (have to chase a specific person while he is chasing someone else etc) should make up for it.

It feels more like Perfect Dark than modern shooters?  Fucking first day purchase!

No. As a few of us have said, we have the magazine. It is not a fake and I am still buying it.

Hoped it would have gotten a better review mind, but it looks good to me.
