i hoped for a new starfox and f-zero to be shown at e3 this year but instead we got sin and punishment which is very similar to starfox since they are both on rail shooters and you can move all over the screen, and excitebots is similar to fzero in the ense of speed

i like sin andpunishment alot and excitebots, but i dont think they are better than starfox or fzero, plus i remember reading that the creator or someone said that nintendo doesnt care for starfox or sunthin.oh well

so all in all i doubt we'll be getting starfox and fzero anytime soon, luckily tey will be shown next e3 maybe if that

I am interested in S+P2.- Looks fun. I was never a big fan of star foz though.

Just a feeling but I think NST is dong Star Fox for Wii. F-Zero hopefully shows up soon too.

Mr. Miyamoto said he didn't like recent versions of Star Fox and F-Zero on the GameCube ... not that he doesn't like the franchises.

Would not be surprised at all to see a Wii Star Fox and/or F-Zero at the October Nintendo Conference.

I wouldn't say they're replacements. We'll get Star Fox and F-Zero eventually. Don't worry.

and yes they have simmilarities but I fould S+P more like a on-rails Contra+like game..of course I never played S+P1 so I dunno..

I'm wondering if we'll see F-Zero at all this generation at this point. StarFox i'm sure will move along eventually, but there may not be a place for F-Zero

I think you'll see F-Zero eventually. Sin & Punishment and Endless Ocean were very niche titles and they got sequels, F-Zero will get its day in the sun too. Nintendo has so many franchises sometimes some of them can get lost in the shuffle.

Punch-Out!! took a long time for instance.

I'm really liking Sin & Pun 2. It looks really good.
