I looked around briefly, but saw no threads about Devil May Cry 4.

Man that looks really good. I haven't played the DMC games...this might be a good time to start...if I get a 360 next spring I'm getting this...at least renting it of course.

This game looks awesome, I have never played a DMC game before but I always wanted to. This game and Eternal Sonata(Maybe Blue Dragon too) will keep me busy o my 360 while SMG, RE: UC and SSBB will keep me busy on my Wii(I hope to finish Metroid Prime 3 soon enought to play those games)

God of War kinda screwed any game in the entire genre, it set the bar so high no one expects it to be surpassed by anything other then another GoW game.

As sad as it is, with DMC being multi platform its lacking fanboy support to drive the hype.

With it being multiplatform over about 16-20 million users, why would it need fanboy hype?

I'm sort of amazed how little attention / love DMC gets. I'm not saying it deserves it - wonder if Capcom burnt their fans with DMC II (which was terrible IMO).

You see people talking up DMC, making wow look at this or that treads. DMC has really been under the radar with out the fanboys. One side will champion NGS2, they other Gow and Dmc is left in the cold.
