Ythis thread surely help. To tell you the truth, I got what I expected, nothing shocking as we were told. But ms has a terrific lineup of halo games coming up.

Gracious comments seem unlikely from folks framing the issue as "how could Sony POSSIBLY match this?!"  Match what?  If Natal doesn't catch fire and change the industry, this conference was subpar.  If it does, then this was a really good conference.

I could have sworn a few of them were nintendo fans as well, so limiting this to Sony fans alone is a little harsh. As for me, I am a Sony fan, but I didnt downplay their conference at all, it was real good.

Honestly, what did you expect? The same thing happens every year with E3. People downplay other peoples conferences, like last year when FF13 went multi people said it didn't matter anymore or that it was still exclusive in Japan etc.

I honestly wasn't that impressed with them this year. I thought last year was more interesting.

I am talking about fans here, fanboys on both side of the fence should be ignored.

Well, it's the internet. It's how things are, sadly.

Certainly, Microsoft didn't have 'teh best sh0w evar!', but they are certainly setting a high standard for everyone else this year.

Will you be surprised if Sony announce the PS3 can open a hole in time and space to travel to anywhere, anywhen, and MS fanboys declare it a failure of a conference?

i wouldn't be.

Again I am not talking about fanboys, I expect that kind of stuff from them, I just saw a few Sony posters that I though would be fair give really unflattering comments
