Thanks, Cactus. I've also predicted Kojima going mutiplat due to his desire to work on the X360, and dissatisfaction with the PS3. Well, as long as it isn't only X360, I'm good. Bring on the Raiden, I say.

I wouldn't be so quick to exclude it from being MGS5 just because of the name, If it's still mainly about sneaking around like the past 4 games, then MGS5 it is, but if it goes a new direction in gameplay like PO or ACID, then we may call it a spin off.

I think I'll need to watch the conference again, I don't remember him saying that "that's all the exclusives we have for now"... it's too definitive and negative for any good PR team to recommend in a script. But I'll watch over it again.

Anyway, this reaction is hilarious. You've all made this out to be bigger than it should have been. This is not FF13, MGS is not as big as Final Fantasy and it never will be. Sony fanboys have been putting MGS4 on a pedistal for too long, saying it was the pinnacle of gaming (before KZ2 of course). Now that a MGS game is appearing on the 360, I wonder how many of those fanboys will continue to speak highly of MGS now (Not accusing anyone in this thread of doing it by the way).

Given how well MS started off, I'm hoping Sony's got something as good (if not better). I don't think ME2 will be big enough to do it (lack of appearance at MS E3 is a sign I think), especially now that PS3 fanboys decided that ME2 was nothing compared to MGS4 before E3.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to Sony's. They've done well to fight back in the past year, I'm sure they'll continue at E3.

Do you seriously believe kojima will be working on a MGS5 , MGSR  and a psp MGS  all at once?

We're going to see it at Sony's conference, don't worry. If it was 360 exclusive, MS would make damn sure the entire world knew about it.

I agree with the post. MGSR is not exclusive and is a multiplatform
I also think that MGS5 has high chance of being multi-platform also.
I don't think Sony fans shud worry to much about that as we have plenty anyway.
