So i buy inFamous late last night, i open it this morning only to find a blank TDK recordable CD inside !! of course the walmart i got it from will not give me another one, anyone have any idea what i can do? or am i just screwed =(

You could actually take them to court, but that would be petty.
You should be covered legally to get a full refund (This is certain here in UK). In the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994 it states that all products must be 'as described.'

Id just advise keeping on at them, all that legal crap gets weird for example if the game you bought was pre owned.

This has happened quite a few times with Wal-Mart. You can take it back as far as I know. They can't call you a liar, whoever does will lose their job, even if its a manager. They basically have to give you a refund or swap it out I think.

go to the store to exchange it. if the refuse ask to speak to management if they refuse complain, write their names down, and corporates phone number

call corporate headquarters if the store doesnt allow you to return it and bitch your head off (not yelling or swearing just complaining) get the names of the employees you spoke with and report them...

Yeah, you'll get a no at the return counter, but once you ask to talk to management they'll know you're serious and you should get a new game.
