go to the store to exchange it. if the refuse ask to speak to management if they refuse complain, write their names down, and corporates phone number
call corporate headquarters if the store doesnt allow you to return it and bitch your head off (not yelling or swearing just complaining) get the names of the employees you spoke with and report them...
