I love the 'cube. Was the only console I had for nearly 4 years, from January 2003- November 2006, which is when I bought the PS2. Still, I was mighty satisfied.

Gamecube was great! no kidding but throughout its lifespan I went through at least 5 of em. I loved em all.

Off the top of my head, Soul Calibur II had the best extra character, and Burnout 2 had twice as many crash junctions (30 of them!) Also, all the multiplats between GC and PS2 seem better on GC simply by virtue of the Gamecube controller.

I enjoyed my cube. Donkey Kong Jungle Beat was my favorite game on it. I don't want this new remake... the Bongos made it so much fun. Plus it had some pretty good Harvest Moon games on it.

Were it not for the lack of GTA support, I'm sure it would have still beaten the Xbox. It was in the lead for 2nd for quite some time.

And the GC controller is probably my favorite ever. Cumbersome? I think not.

I love my GameCube, what sucks is that I'm missing some great gamesfor it.

Paper Mario 2, WindWaker, and Tales of Symphonia make it all worthwhile though, ^_^
