Kojima countdown site reveals 'MASK'

The weather's getting weirder on the Kojima Productions "NEXT" teaser site. Not only have glimpses of more letters and what appears to be Raiden begun to materialize as the 90 hour mark approaches, but clicking on the studio's eerily morphing logo now takes visitors to an age-gated site for "MASK."

Fittingly, a mask appears, slowly revealing a ghastly female face. The accompanying music only serves to make the whole thing creepier. It would seem this is yet another new project, wholly separate from what the studio is doing on the Metal Gear front, but anything goes at this point. Now we have two enigmatic sites to watch and wonder over. Hopefully all is revealed at E3 ... and we haven't been driven absolutely mad by then.

We've included an image of maybe-Raiden after the break. What's your take on all of this?

I heard that there were gonna be two announcements from Kojima at E3.
If thats the case then Raiden might mean MGS4 for 360, and Big Boss might mean a MGS5 announcement.

MGS4 will have its "S" subtitle hence the "s" on the site, and MGS5 could be from the "S" being interpreted as a "5" or vice versa.

Just my thoughts.

It's Lords of Shadow

Tonight Hideo Kojima released another teaser page for an upcoming game. Though the teaser page is titled “Mask”, the game isn’t of the same name. It’s the teaser for Lords of Shadow. I have on good authority from a reliable source that this is the Lords of Shadow teaser page. Konami and Kojima will reveal the game prior to E3, but Kojima will announce development details and more at E3 next week.



Even though the game isn’t a Kojima Production title, Lords of Shadow has been receiving a lot of advisement by Hideo Kojima. During E3, Kojima will present new information and footage for Lords of Shadow, which will appear on the PS3 and Xbox 360 in 2010.

^^ Guys do you ever read my threads? I already posted an article with a source that says that there will be 2 MGS games, MGS5 for PS3 with snake, and another MGS for psp with Raiden.
