Probably end up somewhere between Bioshock and Metroid 3.

Disappointed to read reviews that say "...its a flawed game..." 100/100. (wtf??)

I think the IGN score (yet again) is probably the most accurate - game will end up around the 95% mark.

^^ even the ign review of zelda said it had flaws, every game will, but they give 100/100 if it is a fantastic game, it makes it so people will realize hey this is a great game



                 With regard to Call of Duty 4 having an ultra short single player campaign, I guess it may well have been due to the size limitations of DVD on the XBox 360, one of various limitations multi-platform game designers will have to take into consideration-Mike B

Game trailers-Halo 3 only dissapointed the people who wanted to be dissapointed.

Bet with Harvey Birdman that Lost Odyssey will sell more then Blue dragon did.

There is a flood of 100/100 scores lately. Soon the media will have to up the bar to 120 :P

I don't have anything against Halo 3, but those scores seem fishy

well, with how many great games are coming out, they need to stop giving so many 100 scores cause that makes the game near perfect.

But in order for the games to be good, with todays standards they have to give 100......

look for more for SMG Mass effect, SSB etc.....

IGN is a joke for their cut-and-paste articles, brainless editorialism, poor writing skills among some high-profile staff, and general lack of professionalism, but I do agree that their reviews often feel more consistent than other sites.

I think IGN is IMO the best review site.

I completely agree.  If there is any negative comment or the slightest hint of something that should be done better in a game it should not get a 100/100... 

On the other side though there are many sites that only rank out of 5 or 10... And will only do .5's on those numbers.  So there will also be a lot of 9's that maybe should have been 9.3's or 9.7's... 

It all averages out and that's why I rely more on metacritic and gamerankings then each individual review.  I only look at reviews for the details on why and I use the metacritic and gamerankings for the "average" scores which are much more realistic.

it wont destroy it ps3 will be just fine long as their exclusives remain exclusive O.o

I'm disappointed to see such bullshit from sites like Gamespot who admits it's the Halo 2 formula built on and perfected... which is EXACTLY the excuse they gave for giving Metroid Prime 3 an 8.5. I f**king hate how this industry caters to media hyped games. FFXII was the moment I lost faith in the industry reviews. God this shit pisses me off, but I expected it so I guess that lessens the blow a little bit...
