Lol, can we now believe that HVS is capable of making good games? Hmm?

I was wondering, how can a person accurately determine when a game deserves an 87, 88, 89, or any number really.
I think games should be reviewed in .5 increments.

It means "100% Independent"... as in the magazine content is 100% Nintendo and 100% Independent, as in not like Nintendo Power or Europe's line of ONM.
