Here you go some information on the PSP Go! which is not a new PSP but a multimedia service for the UK.

With rumors of a so-called PSP GO! unit swirling around the web for the past few weeks, Sony Computer Entertainment Europe has confirmed that the rumored PSP2/Go! console is in fact a multimedia service for the PSP.

Available only in Europe, the Go! View service will allow you to watch sports programs, movies, and TV shows on your PSP. Popular programs such as Lost and Ugly Betty as well as Barclays Premier League soccer matches will be available for download via a rental service for a monthly fee.

The Go! View retail box includes a 4GB Memory Stick, Mini USB Cable & two month’s free subscription to the Go! View service, retailing with a recommended retail price of £29.99. The PSP GO! View Bundle contains a Black PlayStation Portable 3000, 2GB Memory Stick, Mini USB Cable & two month’s free subscription to the Go! View service, for the Recommended Retail Price of £149.99.

Both the above are available in Europe immediately. No word if this service will be available in North America.
