Only thing true in this post is wow being popular everything esle is wrong. Japs are on a different timezone then us and its hard to find a jap player really. and they have a translater also.
|
I know I sound uptight but please don't use Jap. Although SE provided basic commands you can't fubction as a team and truly interact with people (the true fun of a MMO) with only short phrases. I also used to play at night. As I said I never presented my personal experience a the experience everyone will have. So please calm down and not say I'm wrong. I'm sure I know what I experienced better than you. |
I've never had a problem communicating with Japanese players, the auto-translate feature is quite excellent. The people that usually have trouble finding parties, especially Japanese ones, are usually jackasses or DRG's and have a problem finding parties anyways.

Again I'm only talking about my personal experiences, and I'm not a jackass and didn't play as a DRG. |
Did you use the auto-translator and actually use it correctly?
Note, by correctly I don't mean those people that make it function and make terribly annoying Provoke macro's that they spam every 5 seconds that sound funny by piecing together random words that would make no sense in Japanese.
Also, I'm not trying to call you jackass (though now that I look at it, whoops >_>), I'm just saying the people that usually have problems finding a party are jackasses or yell random stuff that Japanese players usually find rude or don't make sense or some job that people just don't want.
And that's interesting about it already working on the PS3, did that patch come out some time after the PS3 released?
