Well we all know from MGS4 that during the cutscene with Naomi in Act 2, you see the Metal Gear titles with 2 named "under construction." So, this could be anything, but I think it will be a chapter between MGS2 and MGS4. I'm sure this has been said countless times, but that's what I think, too.
